Think Pink...

My goal this year is to cut my caffeine consumption down, even totally eliminate caffeine all together. I KNOW! I KNOW- I am totally insane.. Honestly don’t know if I could give up my daily morning cup of Joe- but at least keep my consumption down to one a day.

I think I have found what will help me to cut my caffeine in half but also help with other complaints and ailments. Do any of these sound familiar?

·         Always getting sick?
·         Something always hurting?
·         BLOATED?
·         Endless Hunger?
·         No Motivation
·         Need coffee to survive the day?
·         Blood sugar problems?
·         Can’t sleep?
·         Moody/Down?
·         No energy?
·         Headaches?
·         Blood pressure issues?
·         Brain Fog?
·         3 PM CRASH?
·         Can’t focus?
·         Addicted to Soda?
·         Craving Sugar?

Does this sum up how you feel?  Yes? Then Plexus Slim *The pink Drink* is for you! This drink contains ingredients that promote gut health and weight loss- for me it’s a win win. I even considered running/walking on the treadmill for like a split second- THAT’S how good I felt. To me- that speaks volumes. I will continue to drink my pink- and I know that I WILL run/walk on that treadmill.

My first born....

I know as parents we are supposed to inspire our children. However, sometimes our children inspire us. I haven’t always been the best parent. I have made some costly mistakes. I was young, naive, selfish and plain clueless. When I watch my daughter raise her little family. I am inspired by her honesty, ambition, energy, and courage in which she approaches daily life. I love the way she laughs at things and doesn’t take them too seriously. She is a phenomenal mother. A loving, supporting, and encouraging wife. Today, my daughter is everything I wanted to be at her age, and she is everything I aspire to be today. What I love most about her- she is confident, strong, forgiving, relentless, kind and most of all that she is my first born.....
