My first born....

I know as parents we are supposed to inspire our children. However, sometimes our children inspire us.

I haven’t always been the best parent. I have made some costly mistakes. I was young, naive, selfish and plain clueless.

When I watch my daughter raise her little family. I am inspired by her honesty, ambition, energy, and courage in which she approaches daily life.

I love the way she laughs at things and doesn’t take them too seriously. She is a phenomenal mother. A loving, supporting, and encouraging wife.

Today, my daughter is everything I wanted to be at her age, and she is everything I aspire to be today.

What I love most about her- she is confident, strong, forgiving, relentless, kind and most of all that she is my first born.....
